CSAM

Nexxxhub (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (“CSAM”). The possession, distribution, promotion, or production of CSAM is illegal, strictly prohibited on our platform, and will result in immediate termination of accounts, removal of content, and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

Definition of CSAM

For purposes of this Policy, “CSAM” refers to any visual, written, or audio material that depicts or appears to depict a minor (anyone under 18 years of age, or under the age of majority in the applicable jurisdiction) engaged in sexually explicit conduct. This includes real, computer-generated, or otherwise manipulated content.

Prohibited Conduct

Users of Nexxxhub may not:

  • Upload, post, share, or otherwise distribute CSAM.

  • Attempt to exploit or solicit minors in any way.

  • Impersonate or misrepresent age for the purpose of accessing or distributing CSAM.

Any violation of this Policy will result in permanent account termination and referral to law enforcement.

If you become aware of CSAM on Nexxxhub, you must report it immediately by contacting us at:

Reports may also be made to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at https://report.cybertip.org.

Our Response to Reports

  • All reported CSAM will be reviewed promptly.

  • Confirmed material will be removed immediately.

  • Account(s) associated with the material will be permanently terminated.

  • We will notify and fully cooperate with law enforcement and relevant authorities, including NCMEC, as required by law.

Prevention & Compliance

  • Nexxxhub enforces age verification measures to ensure all individuals depicted in uploaded content are over 18.

  • We regularly review and update moderation practices to detect and prevent CSAM.

  • Employees and moderators are trained to identify and respond to potential CSAM.

Commitment

Nexxxhub is committed to creating a safe environment for users and ensuring our Services are not used for the exploitation of minors. We actively cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, and child protection organizations to prevent and eradicate CSAM.
